BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!! My daughter and I went to the Buckle yesterday to look for jeans. We were immediately approached by a super sweet sales assoc named Kylie. Kylie was so helpful with figuring out my daughters size & picking out different styles she liked. Her & my daughter had the same taste in clothes so she helped her pick out a cute belt & a couple cute tops too! My daughter loved her. Shopping with my 14yr old is not always a great experience for me, but yesterday, Kylie made our shopping experience at the Buckle 5 stars!! We will definitely go back to that store because Kylie was such a huge help to us AND because we LOVE the Buckle. Thank you Kylie! I hope Your boss Ryan reads this! :)

Been inside Buckle a few times over the past year. Usually people talk about the jeans, but I want to attest to the shirts. All the times I've entered Buckle there's a decent chance I'm walking out with a shirt or two (preferably beer brands). A plethora of styles and brands. From what I have recieved last year the threads are holding strong, design/logo isn't fading or cracking and seem brand new- as if bought the previous day. Although a little bit of a price to them it's not too terrible, certainly if on the rewards program, shirts will last for a long time making it money well spent. To add on, the customer service is fantastic, phenomenal, remarkable, exquisite- need I go on? From the first step in to when you exit there is a well mannered position that is held within the store to offer quality service and experience (tip of the hat to team members and manager(s) for such). Latest visit I made was my favorite. Josie, sales associate I would presume, was exceptionally courteous. Greeted me at the entrance, asked what was it l pursuing, presented where merchandise is being in multiple locations, proposed what is available and was open for assistance and questions any time. Something you'd expect and want from any store member at any place of business. If you're thinking about going to Buckle, go for it. I may not be able to vouch for jeans or footwear because I've never bought those there, but I sure can on the shirts, employees, culture, and the experience as a customer. Pretty positive you'll return another day such as myself and many others.

Purchasing jeans is never a pleasant experience for me and finding the right fit is always a challenge...until I met Paige! She was such a pleasure to work with. She was so knowledgeable and really took the time to find me the right fit. I will definitely go back!

Haven't been to the buckle in ten years or so.Hands down amazing staff helping me out with getting sizes lined up and helping pick out comfort and styles, truly making my time an importance in there store . I wish I could remember names to give everyone the credit they desire, a sweetheart! of a lady with a hat on helping coming up with options and bringing options to dressing room for me (fantastic taste),another lady with a southern accent didnt skip a beat from also filling in with me if others happen to not be there at that split second and helping while helping others , and a polite gentleman with a large beard that was running around helping everyone with any need ! Out standing staff on 1/16/2025. Thank you again everyone!

Since I lost a ton of weight and got fit, this is about the only place I can buy clothes that are styling. The sales reps are super helpful, bringing you stuff to try on, switching sizes, etc. Bought 2 pairs of styling jeans and 3 shirts in about 20 minutes. Don’t waste time at the big department stores buying outdated clothes. Get styling!

Recently purchased a sweater from Buckle. I had my 4 month old grandson and my 20 yr old son with me. I went to try on and the girl helping me so nice and helpful. When I said I just need a sweater nothing else she just kept it to that. My son was walking around with his nephew and stopped by the eye glass case and the other male sales clerk suggested to come over to this side where the mirrors are he might like that. :) Such a nice way of making you feel good and not a bothersome because I was trying on clothes. The girl for me was warm hearted as well. So much better than being rushed soon as you walk in the store. I even sent a message to the store on just this experience.

Came here looking for jeans because I have the absolute hardest time finding some that fit me. I have 2 pairs that fit me!!! Alyssa who was helping me was the sweetest person ever! She found me so many pairs that fit absolutely perfectly! She was AMAZING! I left with 2 pairs that fit me like a glove :))))

I had the best experience here! I am definitely coming back! I was helped out immediately and the girl that helped me find the right pair of jeans was awesome! She even wrote down for me what size I would need when I come back. Thank you Kayda so much for helping me today!
